It’s the 4th of July. Hypothetically speaking, if the Sopranos were happening today in 2021, on this given Sunday, you already know who is hosting the barbecue. Tony of course.
Everyone is going to Tony's. Everyone would wish to have an invite to Tony’s on the 4th. The Soprano pool would be scorching hot filled with ducks, children, family, and friends. And we can imagine how massive the fireworks would be.
Alright - Tony is hosting the barbecue. We know that. Carmela went to the butcher’s nephew’s son to get the beef for the burgers. She was lucky to get a fresh rack of ribs for the grill. Meadow on the other hand, she’s picking up coleslaw and other things to cook up later on. Christopher was able to smuggle a bunch of fireworks from PA. Fingers crossed his firework show at the end of the night doesn’t burn the Sopranos' acre. Paulie got the Cubans, and grown up AJ is bringing all the beers and Smirnoff Ices to the function.
The many friends and family who are coming as well, we can assume they’ll bring the Tiramisu, Sfogliatelle, fruit, and other things needed for Italian dessert. Maybe if Tony is in a good mood, he’ll bring some people for a ride on The Stugots.
But the real question is - what is everyone wearing this afternoon? We have a pretty good idea of what everyone is bringing and what type of chaos may ensue. But on a hot Sunday in Jersey, what can everyone possibly be wearing? What kind of style inspo can we gain for our own 4th of July parties that we are attending?
TONY
Tony is pulling up to his function looking snazzy in a patterned top with his Italian boat hat. He’s ready to bring The Stugots out in the water with hopes of catching some fish too while he’s at it.
CARMELA
We shouldn’t be surprised that Carmela would be showing up to the function looking classy and elegant as always. We can expect her to wear a sophisticated top that is of course vibrant due to the summer occasion with maybe some fashionable sandals.
CHRISTOPHER
Christopher is also ready to ride The Stugots. He’s got a bucket hat on and a classic white tank under the Nike jacket. The jacket would be needed on a breezy evening on the boat.
ADRIANA
The iconic Miss Adriana is ready for the heat. She’s pulling up ready to go swimming or ready to go play some tennis. The classic blue and white combo fits the day's theme of the 4th of July.
PAULIE
And last but not least, Paulie would also have the classic white tank on. We can expect him to also wear something sporty but comfy at Tony’s barbecue. His color choice is also superb on today’s holiday.
We know who’s bringing what, we got an idea of who would come, we know what everyone is wearing, and we got some outfit inspo for our own events today.
