WHO WE ARE

Made by Tony is a brand committed to bringing an old-school style one might recognize from 20th Century movie classics to the 21st Century.

The vibe is meant to be subtle, calling out things that pay homage to timeless swagger.

WHAT WE DO

We aim to create apparel that brings positive energy and enthusiasm to the wearer.

The apparel we make can be for going to drinks with friends, lounging around the house, athletics, or everyday. Made by Tony aims to create swag for anyone proud enough to rep it.  

THE PERSONA

You may be wondering, Who is Tony or where did Tony come from? 

The idea of "Tony" was inspired by certain 20th Century cinemas such as Casablanca, The Godfather, Goodfellas, A Bronx Tale, Casino, and many more of that nature.  The protagonists in these world-renowned flicks would be dubbed a "Tony" character.

For example:

• Rick in Casablanca is a "Tony" character. People come from all over the world to stop in and have a drink at Rick's Cafe American in Casablanca amidst the height of World War II.
• Don Corleone in The Godfather is a "Tony" character. Everyone looks up to the Don, as he is the head of the family.
• Paulie Cicero in Goodfellas - who better a Tony than he!
• Sonny LoSpecchio ran his block in the Bronx. Nobody messed with Sonny. As Sonny told Calogero, he'd rather be feared than loved. Sonny is Tony.
• Sam Rothstein ran the casino business in Las Vegas - can't get higher than that in the gambling racket!

A "Tony" character is a boss. Everyone looks up to Tony. Tony creates energy that brings groups of people together. Tony is you.
