Well, well, well. If it isn’t Memorial Day Weekend. It’s America’s favorite weekend to hit the beach, ignore work calls for only three days, and best of all, it gives those an opportunity to host a splendid barbecue with family and friends.
Here at Made By Tony, we can’t leave you hanging this weekend. We’ll tell you how to have a BBQ - Soprano Style. Even better, keep reading to the end to find a special surprise just for you.
We will closely analyze Season 1 Episode 10 - “A Hit is a Hit” to guide us on how to host a BBQ Soprano Style.
First thing you need is a main guy to cook the meat. In this case, we got Tony. Make sure you have fresh beef from the local butcher. Next, get a guy to hand out cold beers. Get a guy like Christopher to grab them from the cooler. Tony and his friends are sipping Peroni’s in this episode, but you are more than welcome to sip any beer you would like. Then, cigars. Sal, Paulie, and the rest of the guys are smoking thick cubans at their cookout.
Alright. We got the meat on the grill, cold beers, and our freshly rolled cigars. What’s next?
Grab your group of guys and surround the grill. It’s time to talk business. In this episode, the guys talk about the burning down of Artie’s restaurant. What a shame. The tears down Artie’s eyes, the comfort of Tony, who would even think to burn down such a place?
If you have no burning down of restaurants to discuss at your Memorial Day Weekend barbecue, that’s great to hear. As long as you're surrounded by your closest friends near the grill laughing about old times, you are doing your weekend Tony style for sure.
